What is Freeze Dry-licious?

Freeze Dry-licious is an LLC that sells excellent freeze-dried candy. With many options to chose from, from our delicious fruit puffs to our spectacular berry blasts, Freeze Dry-licious will be your go to for any of your freeze-dried candy needs.

How do I order your freeze-dried goods?

On the navigation bar at the top, click the "Shop" button. There, you will find all of our products. You can purchase a product via tapping on the item you want to buy. From there, choose the bag size, flavor, or other options that may be there, and click "Add To Bag". The bag is visible in the navigation bar, in the top-right. By clicking on it, there will be a "Checkout" button at the bottom of the list, where you can enter in your payment information, and finally purchase your goods and wait for it to be delivered to your doorstep!

Can I get a refund if I am dissatisfied with a product?

Yes, you can get a refund if you are dissatisfied with our product(s) if you e-mail us. The reasons for a refund would be if the product is defective, and/or if the product wasn't what was expected or promised. The dislike of the taste of a product is not an acceptable reason for a refund.
